so I closed down chrome and firefox (was also signed in on GFs details on laptop). EDIT: I took note at Mr G's comment about player's already being in game. I'll send my support-details gubbinz over for you to have a look at.

Sometimes, shockwave doesn't crash completely it just becomes unresponsive and giving a 'Runtime Error! on Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library' error dialogue followed by: "Msg: chrome.exe - Application Error The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x0141dd3b. A fresh install of both chrome and shockwave seemed to have fixed it, but I'm getting the same error again today. I was having this problem - Shockwave Flash was crashing about 10 seconds after logging into the campaign.
